Pottery orders are sent by Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class. This service aims for next-day delivery and requires a signature on arrival.

You will receive a parcel tracking reference number with your order dispatch confirmation.


Returns Policy

Oxford Clay products are covered under 'distance selling’ regulations.

This means that customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. A refund will be offered to you if you have told us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel. You have another 14 days to return the goods once you have told us you wish to cancel. Oxford Clay will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Under distance selling regulations you do not need to provide a reason you wish to cancel the order.
